HCT CNC machines

Being a high volume turned part supplier, HCT produce precision components according to clients’ drawings with customized. Equipped with 4 TSUGAMI (Japanese-made) Swiss-type CNC machine, 21 NC machine, 6 Turret-type CNC machine, 24 CAM machine. Outer diameter ability can be produced from φ2mm to φ42mm. The maximum length is around 300mm. The precise of parts we can meet is plus & minus 5um or depends on the product that clients’ demand. HCT is not only offering Customized turning parts, but also offering our customers parts highly competitive, effective (fast delivery) and high quality.

Inspection Equipment

HCT keeps dedicating us to progress in quality. Regarding to QC inspection equipment, we are equipped with Keyence IM8000 Image Dimension Measurement System, profiler, sorting machine, 2.5D image measurement, projector, surface roughness teste, optical microscope, precise thread gauges, thread gauges, electronic micrometer and concentricity measurement included.
